Our 2010 Cabernet Franc is a medium bodied, full flavored Finger Lakes dry red wine. Wonderful cherry nose with hints of black pepper. Aged in American Oak for 18 months it has good acidity, a soft middle, and a round smooth finish. Excellent with grilled and roasted meats and vegetables. Limited production.
